You must’ve been thinking about babies before you went to sleep. Maybe you were around babies during the day. Maybe you watched a movie that had a baby in it… It’s just a dream…really.

well are you sexually active? if so then it might be a possibility that your pregnant. my friend kept having dreams about her and her boyfriend at the time walking down walmart holding her. but it kept happeneing not just once. then a few months later she told me she was prgnant. now she has a 1 year old little girl named lacy and is engaged to her then boyfriend.
