Not necessarily.. I had a similar dream, but I’m not bi or a lesbian. It could just be that you’re curious. Or it could be something you ate, or based off something you heard/saw that day. It could be a lot of things really… dreams are weird like that. Also, if you’ve been wondering whether you were bi/lesbian before you had the dream at all, that could be the reason for it.
