Where to download "Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego" (the 1997 version) and play it online?

I would love you for forever and a day if you help me .-. I’ve been wanting to play my old games just for the memories, but they don’t work on my comp when I try to install them, no matter what I do! ):

if you already do have the PC version (win 98) then you just need to change the compatibility mode by going to the install directory, finding the game .exe, press the right mouse button, properties, compatibility then choose windows me or 2000 and it has a 50/50 chance of working

Legal Backup ROM: If you “own” the game you can download the psx version at doperoms.com (legal backup site) and use an emulator (like Pcsx) to play the game with
