When is a download of movie or music ilegal and when is it legal ? Is torrents ilegal ? Which country has this download law ? Is it only the rich county’s ? like USA, UK, CHINA ?
Depends on your local laws, the copyright of the work in question (eg, some music / movies are OK to share on torrent sites…others, are not ok).
And no, it’s not only “rich” countries, it’s most of the industrialized world.
downloading copy written material is illegal unless you are actually paying for it from a site like hulu or a sit that actually pays the royalties.. dont risk getting caught.. BIG FINES involved if you get caught…
