Dose any one agree with this statement?

Teenage lifee. Once you get to high school (secondary) school everythings different. Your supposidly “best friend” turns their back on you. Your boyfriend plays you, your homework never gets done. Detention becomes suspension, lipgloss becomes foundation. Lemonade becomes vodka. Sweets become drugs. Love becomes heartbreak. Lets face it, we are all just growing up. But I still remeber being little and cute, I miss thosee good old days. When swear words were bad. Falling out lasted 5 minutes. When the only things boys played was kiss chase. When teachers were your friends and you only cried when you fell over. When wearing short skirts didnt make you a slut. When the only man in your life was your daddy. When the nurse didnt ask you if your pregnant if your tummy hurt. When barbie were toys and not people. Only high(secondary) school turns daddy’s little princess into daddy’s little slut.

I saw that one some ones bebo page I was wondering if ny one agrees with that state ment??

It is called LIFE - we never know what sudden turn it will take - I think Faith keeps us ready for whatever turn.

Okay seriously guys. Everyone has changed since middle school. Honestly, if half the kids I know wouldn’t have changed I would not talk to them today. You get older and you change. Those two things come hand in hand. Personally, I know that I have changed a lot since I got into high school. We change because we are introduced to more things, that yes are fun. So I guess that I am one of those girls who are out to get attention from people. And high school is about trying new and exciting things. People need to bust out and let loose. I think that people when they get to high school are just letting their true selves show.

Haha. And I still wear shorts and skirts to school all the time. It just depends on how you wear them. And you can tell who is a slut and who’s not just by how they carry themselves.

To the person to above, Thats exactlly the same about a girl I knew, I used to be really nerdy and quiet, and now I’m the loudest person in the class, I think it’s like trying to impress everyone. I’ve changed my looks but tbh for the best.

I suppose but its kinda like since I came to high school the first year I was the same as in primary but I changed over the summer and now that I am in second year I kinda feel like I NEED to try new stuff like alcohole and such just to see what I like I don’t know why tho but its working out fine for me the only diffrence s age maturety and the responsibilty , not to get caught and to keep it under control witch I seem t be fine with if any of that makes sence

I agree with sammz08, completely. Half of all the girls I’ve known since elementary school/middle school have changed a crap load since they started highschool. Probably to get attention from others, trying to be cool, grow up to fast, ect.

Answer #6

I guess in some cases yes. It never happend to me but everyone changes when they grow up, some for the best, some for the worst. I knew a girl who went to my primary school and she was really nice and I always used to talk to her, but when high school came she turned into the literally most horrible girl in the entire school(no joke). She drank, she smoked, god knows what else she did and now she has been kicked out of school(last year). I’ve never really changed since primary and I still have the same best friend, so I agree and disagree at the same time. I think some people try and grow up too fast, but growing up is not all about smoking, drinking, boyfriends/girlfriend etc. Its about taking responsability in what you do and not letting them things in that paragraph get in your way.

I don’t think its the school that changes them, I think its the people in it and the influences.
