don't have a biospy when your pregnant

I was 5 months pregnant I had an abnormal pap they did a colospy then a biopsy I have never had one done I was confused they said it was safe! YEA RIGHT!!! 2wks after I miscarried I am so depressed !!! I called a lawyer and I have been looking at sites and I wish I knew more info I went to the doctor to have an ultrasound to find out the sex 2wks after I had the biopsy well there was no heart beat and they gave me 3 different reasons why I miscarried I still haven’t got a straight answer I bet my lawyer will! I would like to know if anyone else has had this happen?

you have a strong case. you should NEVER get a biospy while pregnant. colposcopy is safe but not a biopsy. I had a colposcopy done 2 months ago and my doctor said I needed a biospy but it was unsafe during pregnancy and would wait until after. speak to another obgyn or another office and get a statement showing that it is unsafe during pregnancy.
