dog neuted

my dog was neuted over a week ago and everything seem to be going fine until yesterday when a lump appeared on his testicles and started to weep his testicles have swolen double their size and just want to know if I should take him straight to the vets or if possible for me just to keep it clean until monday as he his having stitches out then

thanks phrannie for your advise got him in the vets this afternoon to be checked the receptionist has said he ll more than likely need a coarse of antibiotics to solve the problem thanks again

Oh, I’m so glad you took him in…infection after surgery is never something to mess with…

And now, he’s going to be fine…and you don’t have to spend your weekend worrying…(which is no fun, either)…

if the wound is “weeping” pus, there is an infection and you should take him immediately to the vet DO NOT WAIT

TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY!! This is a sign of infection…he needs antibiotics, ASAP!
