A crate, to make housetraining easier…and to give the pup a place to go when it needs alone time and to sleep.

Ditto to fruitylicious…patience…patience…patience…They are babies, and it takes 2 weeks to a month to housetrain them…and remember they remain babies until they are about a year old (small dogs), 2 years old for big dogs…just because they don’t look like a baby, they still are.

u need…puppy food, toys, a bed, a leash, a collar, a shot license, brush, puppy shampoo, toothebrush and toothepaste for dogs!(it keeps their mouths clean and healthy!) , and also the most important!! to train your dog to go to the bathroom OUTSIDE!!! lolz! you need a lot of patience when it comes to that! and also you need to be prepared for accidents! get a pooper scooper!!! lolz and when you try to teach it tricks and commands and all that stuff!! it takes a lot of time! or a short amount of time! depending on what type of dog your getting! if its a pomeranian! then you mine as well not teach it anything cause its brain is the size of a grape! but if its a collie then it will leanr very fast!

lots of patience as they demand attention all the time…its always a good idea to house train them if you are thinking of allowing your puppy into the house as they do have a habit of peeing every hour :(

you need all the above that moe214 has illustrated…also you have to give your puppy time as they need you almost 24/7, but its worth it as they do treat you like their mummy and is extremely loyal :)

Puppy food, chew toys (stuffed SQUEAKY toys, bones), food/water bowl, puppy shampoo, treats, (make sure and get their shots, also)…that’s all I can think of right now. :)
