yeah its possible but my cuzins dog broke her ribs while they were growing inside her AND while she was in labor with them… poor doggy

If a tiny female dog got pregnant by a big breed there would most likely be complications during labor because the little dog wouldn’t be able to push out the big sized puppies.

It will be bad if the female dog is pregnant and small with big dogs. it can even kill the small dog

Yes it is possible but you should abort the situation if it should happen. Not a good thing to happen

Yup. :) But it can be extremely painful to one of (or both) of the dogs, depending on which gender is which.

sure…if the small dog was a girl you would have a death on your hands during birth…and probably the puppies too!
