yes it could mean your pregnant. my boobs itched all the time. and so did my strech marks from my previous pregnacy.

but that same thing happened to me I asked my doctor what was it she said that the cold weather was making my boobs that way and I just lotioned them after I wash and they was ok again
your better off seeing a doctor for a more accurate outcome.

your itchy could be your wearing your bras too tight and blood cannot circulatte properly hence when the bra is removed, the itch starts?
