Does this guy has feelings for me?

I met this guy 3 years ago in the college and during that time I told him that I have a boyfriend. But over the course of time, he always greets me through text during special occassions. He even check me out during summer months when we are not in school. This summer, our texting went into a different direction. He told me that he likes me and I told him that I am really attracted to him the first time we met, thinking by saying that, it wont change anything between us (as friends) because he is far away from where I live anyway. But after my confession to him, he wants to see me, so he drove back to the city where I live and arrange to meet. The date went really well and after that he said he wants to see me again because he misses me. This past few weeks he was so busy with school that he only text me once or twice in a day and called me just 2x in a week. I told him once that I have fallen for him. Does this guy has feelings for me? HELP
