Does the government pay companies for hiring felon?

When a company hires a felon, is there a government grant or money that they get for hiring them?

In PA there is a state agency called ‘Career Link’ that helps PA citizens find jobs. There may be something in your state that would help you out.

As you have already discovered, there aren’t a lot of people looking to hire felons. Good Luck!!
