Does obama have a big mouth?

While on a show obama stated that when he bowls it is like the special olympics. What you you think of this? A slip up he should be forgiven for or a mistake that should haunt him? Also his wife stated while she was young people picked on her for talking like a white person. Also a slip up that’s forgivable or a mistake that should haunt her? Does it seem that he is loving the limelight more than any other president? I was/am an obama support her but I am starting to ponder his actions…

Answer #1

I wouldn’t say that his joke about the Special Olympics makes him a bigot.

If a comedian made the same joke it might even be funny.

As president he has to be a lot more careful about what he says off the cuff. Every word he utters in public will be “on the record.”

Certainly it was another misstep. Of course you could find many hours of stupid things George W Bush said. I suppose the Republicans attacking Obama for his comments are quid pro quo for how liberals replayed all the bonehead things Bush said. I didn’t watch the show but my wife did and she said that she thought to herself right after his comment that he was going to get some heat over it.

Obama’s budget includes more funds for special education and programs to actually help developmentally delayed individuals. We can either focus on his insensitive remark or look at what he actually doing.

Seeing footage of him bowling he should apologize to those in Special Olympics. No doubt most of them are much better bowlers than Mr. Obama.

Answer #3

once again I am asking what people think of what he said and if he should be forgiven and some decided to state things that were not asked. thats a tad bit annoying. I think he did slip up but I also think he should be forgiven. im sure he ment nothing wrong but he should apologize to the people in the special olympics who in fact prob do bowl better than him.

Answer #4

Of course he should be forgiven…he was poking fun at himself, not others…

I dont think we are going tlo have to attack Obama, like the dems did Bush. They did it in typical childish fassion. hahaha! The deomcrats always shoot themselves in the foot by pandering to to the far left wack jobs. 2013 is ours.

I am democratic dear, I am simply asking what everyones opinion is. I would never in my life vote or become a republician… EVER.

Answer #8

It’s obvious celebrity, Wednesday parties, spend, spend, then tax tax, etc are his cup of tea…Leadership, not so much - submitted budget was 2.3 Trillion dollars underestimated by the administration according to the nonparitsan CBO at the 10 year point - our children will pay…government ownership and crackdown is not the solution - $93 billion of taxpayer money sent to bailout foreign banks and Goldman sachs - not ‘Change’ I had hoped for - this is what he is actually doing…rhetoric doesn’t match reality…No American should support policies that take it the direction of a Socialist State - too many have paid the ultimate price for our freedom, prosperity, and a 200 yr old successful free-enterprise system.

Answer #9

I’m disappointed by this. I had hoped that the election of a black man to the Presidency would help reduce overall bigotry, rather than simply redirecting it to the mentally handicapped.

I’m not sure “oops, I’m sorry” undoes the damage his statement made.

Answer #10
