Does my teacher fancy me?

ok well first off he started talking to me in the middle of my freshmen year and he made fun of my shirt so we just went back and forth making fun of each other. I didnt have him as teacher in class I just saw him around the halls and then my friends sed he always talked about me in class. then in sophmore year I had him as a english teacher. he always amde fun of me and stuff and jsut randomly say stuff about me in class. one time he was just staring at me and at the end of class he sed I looked like selena gomez. and then he wanted to wrestle me so when it was just me and my friends talkin to him he just rubbed up against me sometimes and say fite me fite me wrestle me and stuff adn my friends really thought like he is in love with me. he gets really close to my face and he gave me 10 detentions and took them all away and when we talk he always has to put his arm around me or touch me like whetiher just leaning against me or putting his hand on my shoulder. then one time my friend told me she saw him checkin me out. and thiis year I dont have him as a teacher but I see him in the hall again and he always says something about how im so skinny or about my hair and bangs and stuff and I made a list of things I want to do and he sed he would take me to england( which is where I wanna go) and he sed if I was dying hed give me any part of his body that they needed. and one time I askd why he took my detention away then he sed fine ill giver you detnetion now and I sed why adn he sed because your skirt is too short and is ed why are you looking there anyway and he just walked away and when my friedns say that h would miss me to him he turns away and denies it but gets really defenisive and stuff. so yea I was just wondering what do you youz all think??
