Does MoveOn.org 'own' the party ?

I’ve read that MoveOn.org says it ‘owns’ the Democratic Party - Is this true or false ?

I get their newsletter & they’ve never made that claim in email…perhaps they posted it on the website.

However, if moveon.org really did “own” the party…then, I’d say we need to fire a lot of the democrats that got elected recently & replace them with new ones :)

If that was true…then, the democrats would have gotten us out of Iraq already, they’d have done something “significant” about the judicial scandals that were potentially illegal by the former head of the justice department, etc, etc.

Does the Christian church own the Republican party? I’d say yes, but that’s like saying Moveon.org owns the democrats :)

Does the Christian church own the Republican party? - I don’t know - I haven’t seen evidence of same - I’m for the person running who has integrity and good values - that’s who gets my vote regardless of party - just wondering if anyone thought their claim of ‘own’ is true or not.
