I told my guy friend that I had a dream about him (it wasn’t sexual) but he just assumed. So he says “Well you know you don’t have to dream about it, just ask me.” Then just hugs and leaves. Was he joking about it?

btw the dream was about just him having a girlfriend and ignoring me. It was really weird but I never got to tell him.

He could have ben joking about it.but I dont really see a problem with his reaction.He wasnt disrespectful about it,and he didnt exactly suggest anything.If your wanting to have sex with him,I’d talk about it with him.Otherwise,Id just leave the situation be.

Yes he wants sex, but he wanted sex before he you started dating. Seems like you found a guy that is being very respectful of your boundaries. I wouldn’t be upset if I were in your shoes. He probably took that as a sign that you wanted to talk about sexual things. Take advantage of that. Now is a good time to re-evaluate where you are in your relationship, and tell him where your boundaries have changed and stayed the same. Since he is being so patient with you, it would be nice for you to let him know that you appreciate it, but you are or are not ready to take that step.
