Does he mean anything?

I’ve never been in this situation’

I was at my friends house about a week ago and we were up late. It was around midnight when her brothers came in. They were insanely drunk and couldnt focus on anything. My friend went to go talk to with one of them , so I was left with one of them to make a pie, that they really wanted for some wird reason, even thoguh it was one in the morning, her brother kept talking to me, and when I was shivering because the heat was off in the house he kept asking if I wanted his sweatshirt, (which I didnt take, because I figured it would be pointless where I had three of my own upstairs, though I wanted it because he smells delicious.

Now when we were knelt down on the floor he kept looking at me funny, and while we were petting the dog, he was doing the little kissing noise to get the dogs attention. Then he doing the little finger motion to get its attentiona s well. But his hand landed on the edge of my leg,

Do I assume that the only reason he took an interest in me was that he was drunk? Then later he followed me upstairs into the doorway of the bathroom and asked me what iw as doing tomorrow, thats all he did, but was he only interested because he was drunk?

And if he does like me , would it be illegal for us to date? Because he is 21 and im 14. It will be legal for us to be together someday, but can we date, but not have sex,? Im not ready, and that is whta is illegal about this.
