Sorry to contradict everyone else but, actually, yes it can have a scent…and yes it can change a chicks smell, temporarily. anything that alters the normal “flora” of the girl/woman can have an effect on the natural smell. But not for more than a day or 2. once his cum is no longer present, the difference in smell should go away. but, it should never have a fowl smell…I know this is nasty, but its the truth…it shouldnt have a fishy smell! that means a bacterial infection. if that is the case, it is necesary to see a medical professional and have cultures taken. It wont hurt, and this is the best way to treat the problem. left untreated, it can cause PID, and serious pain! It is even possible to have a problem with the acidity levels of your partner’s cum. if his ph is too acidic it can throw off the female’s flora drastically and cause yeast infections. this is especially possible if the male partner is a cocaine (any form) user. the drug use causes his semen to become highly acidic and therefore can interfere with the delicate balance in a woman’s body. if the later is the problem, and he will not stop using drugs, a condom can solve the problem entirely, so long as you treat any infection with the proper medication.
