Does anyone know of any songs about samson the mighty judge?

Ok so I need to find 5 songs about samson. Samson like the samson and deliah story from the bible. Does anyone know of any? please I really need help. I have been looking for 2 hours and cannot find ANYTHING!!!

By the way (sorry, I don’t know of any songs than the one above) - you might want to bear in mind that the ‘hair’ bit is not necessarily literally meant.

Throughout the ages and cultures, hair is been a symbol of sex and sexual prowess.

In many religions (not only Catholicism, also, for example, Buddhism, Hinduism, among the Parsis…) it has been common to shave the head before becoming a monk/priest or a nun. It’s often officially explained as ‘renouncing worldly vanity’ - but it’s worth remembering that the orders where the hair is shaved off or cut severely usually require celibacy of their members.

And in some cultures men shave their heads as a mark of mourning for the death of a close relative - and are expected to remain celibate during the mourning period.

So much for Delilah and the ‘hair’ of Samson, eh?

Samsom wasn’t a judge, but a warrior. Anyhow, he’s mentioned in the Spiritual song ‘Witness’ (sung by Paul Robeson, among others):

Delilah fooled Samson as we know Holy Bible tells us so. Shaved off his head just as clean as your hand - strength became just like any other man…
