Does anyone know how to get cheap verizon phones?

I am looking to get a new phone but dont want to pay out $200 just for a phone..does anyone know where you can buy phones for cheap??

I knew a few places in Brooklyn where you can usually haggle the prices down. But there are plenty of phones out there that are only 15 or 20 bucks, assuming you don’t mind not getting a color screen or web access. You get what you pay for, after all. If you want a cheap phone, you have to be willing to sacrifice features.

Try Walmart, they have cell phones and get you set up with a contract with Verizon at the same time.

Craigslist and Ebay. a lot of people are selling their cellphones that they barely even used because they have upgraded to a new phone.
