Doberman Puppies
when my dog goes into heat again(in january) we are going to breed her. I no that dogs are only pregnet for 9 weeks so what can I do to prepare for the puppies and what do I all have to have for her?
You better start talking to other breeders…go to the library and get some books…start doing research on the internet…
You have time to do all this, before you have her bred…there is far far more to know than “setting up a nest”…and the length of pregnancy…

I would get or build a whelping box. Have vet set up if you don’t already go to one. Make sure her vaccines are up to date. Find a vet who doc tails and does ears. No one does it here in virginia, it is considered cosmetic. Have a digital thermoter to take temp. late in gestuation. Increase mom’s food. And do as much research as you can. Do not breed every heat and make sure she is old enough.
well this is jessie lol um any way make sure you pay more attention o her then her puppies because from personal experience dogs get jealous and then they get mad soo pay attention to sassy!!!
