Do you think you can help me identify what's going on?

Why am I feeling out of breath when I yell or pick my brother up and put him in his room. Like I feel dizzy. And have to either sit down or hold on something and catch my breath. Also when I stand up from laying down or something of the sort, I get a minor headache. And have to catch myself so I don’t fall. Also, my stomach has been hurting on and off through the day. And I’ll gag over small things. I won’t fully throw up or anything. Just gag. And I’ve been really emotional and just want to sleep. Any ideas of what could be going on?

It could be a blood sugar issue. If you are not getting enough sugar, too much, or are diabetic and not processing sugar right, it could easily make you lightheaded/dizzy when standing up quickly, moving too quickly, and the like. I’d get bloodwork done for sugar levels from your doctor.

when you yell or pick up your brother, you may be forgetting to breathe, or not breathe enough. when I play my clarinet, the same thing happens. I have to go into it slowly or ill get super dizzy. get up slow, you might b getting up too fast.
