Honduras is considered one of the poorest countries in the western hemisphere. Every year thousands of people ride the “Train of Death” to try and make it to “El Norte” (U.S. or Canada) for a better life. Most are caught before they make it, many are robbed and/or killed on the way.

Correct. The beaches in Honduras are nice. I just got back from Honduras a few days ago. And if you like beaches and snorkling go to the Cayos Cochinos islands. Great snorkling, great beaches. And it is in Central America. Yes it is very poor. In Honduras, you have normal for the us and canada or you have not much at all. It is really sad to see people begging and to see the tiny shacks, or mud huts they live in.
yeah that is true! but honduras has amazing beaches! Like the bay island! I really wish I could have the chance to go visit honduras!
