Asking questions like what do you look for in a guy? Is already opening the door to a flirty answer. And also gives you the chance to use your question to giver her compliments (ex. well; I look for someone with a great sens of humour and socially active, kind of like you!) Once you’re at that stage then see how she reacts and if she’s into flirting. Just keep the conversation up by asking questions about her and her interests and also about what kind of guys she’s dated, what she finds romantic, etc. Then you can remember this information for next time (ex. she likes roses, send her a picture of roses with a note attached in an email).
