Do you think white skin is pretty?

Yes! I do think white skin is pretty, honestly. When I was growing up my friends made fun of pale skin, and mine was the palest so they called me “Lily White”. Also it was popular at the time to be tan. I did’nt like it and I would try desperately to get tan and all that would happen after hours of laying out was I would get a little pink and it would dissappear the next day. I basically gave it up. About six years ago I decided no matter what I was going to get a a tan so I went to the tanning salon for like two months straight. I finally did get tan and it looked good but I don’t think I will do it again. I got compliments and I always felt warm but my skin never actually went back to being really white again and that made me realize it permanently changed me. Have you ever seen on T.V when women go to dermatoligists to get their skin fixed or to look younger and they take that special picture of their face and it shows all the invisible sun damage and it is hideous? Anyway, thats a real great reason to not tan and be really happy about it. Sun is the number one thing that makes you look super old when you get older. In heinsight, I now actually think pale skin is super beautiful. Sometimes people will pressure you to be different because they are actually a little jealous. I think that also the key is to appreciate what you have. There is nothing more unnattractive that not accepting yourself and trying to be someone else or envying what they have. You are beautiful just the way God made you and he designed your hair and your skin and your eyes and everything about you to match and compliment each other perfectly.
