For cell phone activation we don’t charge, however, it depends on your cell phone plan if you get billed for access to SMS or not.

You don’t have anything to worry about, this site is free. You don’t need to put in anything financial just your name if you want people to know what your name is, or create a personal profile and tell about yourself, when you were born and located.
