Do I still have a chance

I’m in a weird position. I’ve known this girl for her whole life (she’s younger that me) and about 4 years ago she moved away but she came back 2 years ago and when she got back she started to flirt with me a lot but at the time I wasn’t interested so I ignored it and she got the message. Then about 1 or 2 months ago my friend tried hitting on her and I got really pissed. After that I realized that I have feelings for her and I can’t stop thinking about her. Do I still have a chance (we’re still friends)?
