do I love him??

I started dating when I was 12 .. the first boy that I went out with is like a friend to me! [he gave me mii first kiss & he fingered me ( he was my first love)But I’m 13 now & I’m really not into dating anyone else–I think about my ex so much (I’m happy when I’m around him) …Could it be that I love him OR does everyone still have feelings for their first love??? -please help me

I feel that I will always love my “1st love”, but then I started dating my boyfriend and I realize that he meets so much more than my “1st love”

I think everyone still have feelings for their 1st love. I litreally hate mine,but I do care & feel weird when he speak to me.
