Do I look "enhanced"

I don’t think you’re intentionally sticking your chest out.

Looks to me that you’ve just got your back arched, much like models do.

But no, your chest doesn’t look “enhanced.”

maybe it’s because of the way you stick your chest out?

for me…it just looks like you’re trying to make your chest look bigger. it doesn’t look like an artistic “model pose”. try being more natural and focusing on your eye contact with the camera.
