Do girls like birthstones as gifts?

So ladies, do you like birthstones as gifts? Birthstones look really nice and im thinkin of gettin my girlfriend a birthstone as a present.. but the problem I cant seem to figure out is..

why is it so cheap? 18k Yellow Gold Overlay Sterling Silver Emerald $20? isn’t it supposed to be more? I dont know too much about jewelry. Please help

Well I owuld love it if a boy brought me a birthstone necklace/rind/braclet. It will mean a lot more because it is comin from you, also she will like it because you went to the trouble of finding something speial with her birthstone on it!! good luck steph

I think you should she will love it no matter the cost and be impressed you know her birth stone anyways I’d check out and ask some of your friends what she would like because you should get more than 1 opinion

Yes, especially if their birth stone is a Diamond of about 2 carets.

well, it depends, if my bithstone was emerald, I probably wouldn’t like to wear jewelry with that color, so if she already has some with her birthstone, then she will probably like it. just pay attention to the stuff she has already cause I know a lot of girls like to keep their jewelry matching, like all silver and white gold, or all yellow gold, but some don’t care about that either, so it really depends on her personal taste, cause everyone is different! Also, that price is about right if it is just gold overlay, if it was all gold it would be more expensive.
