How do I direct a beauty pageant and what would be a good name for it?

I want to direct a beauty pageant different from others. I want to make a beauty pageant where you don’t have to be perfect.

I do rodeo queen pageants, well just did my first one, and won :D but they are way different than beauty pageants cause they are also based on personality, horsemanship, and speech, and interview…..but first you need to find someone experienced in the subject (maybe a friend who’s competed in some pageants?) and once you get all the dates down and rules/regulations, you have to start advertising (local newspaper, flyers ect) but when it comes down to it, i totally agree that i t’d be really nice to have one where perfection should not be forced upon any of the girls. This is all up to you because you create the rules and how it is going to be run. Hope i helped :) i would suggest not basing it just on beauty, but adding maybe a talent/personality portion? who knows just osme suggestions :)
