Different nerve sensations.

I have had a damaged sacrum for years…now I have added irritation and burning from the vaginal and rectal area. It seems to be just an irritation but the nerve responses to my brain are so upsetting. Why are the sensations from this area so much more acute and bothersome? I have been able to handle the sensations from my spine but this added situation seems so different. Do nerve endings in different partrs of the body get interpreted differently ? Is the rectal and vaginal area extra sensitive to nerve impulses?

Erm, cant help with everything but I can answer a few of your questions. Your vagina has the most nerve endings in it (which makes it extra sensative for sexual excitement etc) And yes nerve endings in different parts of the body do get interpreted differently. That’s all I can say for you, I hope that helps with some of your confusion! xox
