Well, I think it would matter how different the religions were and if the couple could come to a compromise on a few things. Like, if you had kids, which religion would they be raised with? Or what church would the family attend, and what type of wedding ceremony would you have? Marriage is all about communication and working difficult things out, so it would just be a good place to start to see if your relationship can handle it!

Hey. Well The Bible says not to be “unequally yoked” The reason for this is because it’s very hard to find peace if you and the other person are at complete opposite ideas for religion. I do think that if you chose to intermarry you have a lot to discuss like the first response said. It’s something to think very carefully about.

Different denominations are fine as long as that denomination is in alignment with scripture. We must understand that many different denominations make up Christs bride(church)
