I REALLY want 2 lose weight. But I try cutting out loadings of junk ,sweets,fizzy juices, Such as that, But the thing is tat I want 2 lose loads so fast ANY DIETS IDEAS??? please TELL ME! xxx
okay try to do things mentally. when you go to the cupboard to eat something ask yourself "am I hungry? or do I just want to put something in my mouth?" if you answer the 2nd question, try to get involved in doing yoga and fitness. because the 2nd answer means you are BORED! also, tie a ribbon around your waist... and then suck in and look at the length of the string. when you want to turn on the tv or eat a lot of fattening things think of the RIBBON. if you are more extreme about it, consider a guidence counsellor.
you can't just lose the weight, you actually have to work for it. try doing squats and lunges. there's also this new program, where all you do is dance. But this one actually works, unlike the others.
I'm sorry...sometimes I just wish we could all be happy with who we are. I'm sure you are a beautiful, intelligent young lady who has better things to devote her brilliance to!
dont lose weight too fast, thats unhealthy. just work at it at a healthy rate.
Get a lobotomy ... a brain weighs a pound or two.
