Guys dont have to love a girl or even find her attractive to get sexual with her. You are setting yourself up for a lot of heartache if you keep trying to pursue him in a sexual way. The reason why you have been “only” friends for 6 years, is because thats as far as his feelings for you go. I have a lot of guy friends that I’ve had for a long time, and I could NEVER see myself dating them. I am not attracted to them in any way, other than a friendship.
