Do I have a depression problem?

okay so I think I have a Depression Problem. I have.. Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness
Appetite and weight changes Sleep changes Loss of energy Self-loathing Concentration problems Irritability Aches and pains

and.. thoughts of suicide I want to commit suicide because.. I just want all the problems to go away. I actually never realized how many problems I have until now. and lately I’ve been soo depressed or I think I have.

can anyone tell me if this is depression? because I don’t even know what to do anymore

I suffer from Depression myself and take medication for it ,I call them “ My Happy Pills” because if I miss taking them I am grumpy until I do take them. So to answer your question yes I think you are depressed and should talk to a professional about your case. You should also talk with a parent and tell them you have this problem. It is okay to get depressed but if it doesn’t go away that is a problem that has to be dealt withright away. I hope this helped you.

im going through the same thing, but my parents dont think I am and if the doc told me I was depressed they thing putting people on meds is wrong. and srry for the bad spelling im useing a psp to make this comment and if any one knows what I can do to help I would love to here what you think would help Thank you
