Yes, but you might reconsider. I stopped getting my period for like 3 years on depo so I never knew if I was pregnant or not, when I did decide to have another child it took me 3 years to get pregnant again after stopping the shot. My period sometimes lasted up to 2 weeks that was awful, it was just all out of control? Talk to your Docter and see what they tell you! I take the pill now, I loved not having my period but not knowing if I was pregnant or not! Hope that helps!
