Deodorant Vs. Cancer

I read that antipersprint can cause breast cancer. And that deodorant is okay. Now studies show that its best to not wear any deodorant. The past few months I have been having lumps under my underarms. They are huge and they hurt. They fill up with puss, drain, then disapear then come back. They seem to not be there when I dont wear deodorant. But I started my new job and I just had to start wearing it again. Now there back. Does anyone know anything about this?

May be just an allergic reaction - see your Dr to find out for sure…Take care !!

Visit a doctor- they’re trained professionals, they know what they’re doing, they can diagnose you better than anyone here.

Answer #3

Hmm, its probably not your deodorant but, you need to see your doctor to have those lumps checked out. I did hear about certain anti perspirants causing cancer but, then your probably alergec to the chemicals they put in deodorants. See your doctor and see what he or she can recomend.

You could just be prone to biols or be getting staph. I have a friend who works in a gyn office and she tells me that she has people come in all the time complaining that they have lumps that hurt. She says, it’s the ones that dont hurt that you need to worry about. The lumps you have, however, need to be looked at. I HIGHLY doubt it is from your deoderant. Just go to the doctor.
