DCYF?

How much trouble can my dad get in by DCYF for “educational neglect”? What exactly would happen?

Usually a fine is enough, but the court will decide what happens based on the case…each case is different.

Some parents aren’t found guilty at all - reasoning that the child has disobeyed orders to attend school and the parents have done all they can.
