What things now-a-days are considered rebellious?

cause its pretty abnormal now

Nowadays, Im not so sure… It really depends on your parents, “administrating” (school, work, etc.), environment, and upbringing.

Let’s say little Laley Lollipop if now 16, and lives in a gated community. She goes toschool happily, being popular, and has the perfect family. If she wanted to go to Bad Bad Billy Bob’s party supah bad, and broke out of the house to go, that would be “bad.” But then again, and lot of people do that. My scenerio has just been invalidated.

But anyway, here’s what I find “rebellious.” (In other words- stupid.)

• Weed smokin’ -sagging (Ohhooo sooo gagsta!!) -throwing rocks at fragile buildings. -running through the aisles at KMart with two outstretched arms, knocking rows of stuff down with both extended appendages. -CRAZY peircings, like nipples, nape of your neck, ankle, wrists, and other made out painful places… That I hope are not really pierced.

The same things that used to be rebellious ? Stealing, dr!gs, underage alcohol & cigarettes, underage tattoos & piercings, sex at a young age..

Now days nothing is rebellious because all of the things that used to be rebellious (ex: Smoking, dru_gs, piercings, staying out late, sex at a young age etc etc) are so mainstream that it doesn’t capture attention anymore.

I’m actually afraid of what the next generation is going to have to do to be considered ‘cool’ as the things that used to be cool are not cool anymore, they are just expected by everyone else that age and are nothing special.

Too numerous to mention here but basically, opposing any kind of control; defiant……non-cooperative attitude…..
