Dad fantasy-ish

Its been a long time since you wrote this, so this is more for other girls/guys looking for answers. I’ve read about this a whole lot, though I haven’t experienced it myself. There are thousands of girls your age that feel exactly the same way, and the truth is you are just curious to see ANY guy naked, and it has sort of come out in the form of seeing the one man you’re around all the time.

Keep in mind its natural and healthy for a young girl to having feelings for her dad, but its only because your dad is a model figure in your life. Think of it not so much as a sexual thing, but a compliment to him as a man. Just go and talk to your mom about it, and let her know you think its weird, but you are fantasizing about seeing MEN naked. See how she reacts, and if she is calm and understanding, slowly let on that it is actually your dad.

I doubt she’ll be able to help much unless she’s experienced it herself, but she should be able to relay the information to your father in a way that will help him understand that you’re going through a sexually confusing time in your life. It should also keep him from tempting you to see more of him in any way.

In the mean time, don’t worry about it too much, and don’t let it control your decisions. I can assure you you don’t want any sexual attention from your father - it will only confuse and complicate your life.
