Cutting bangs/fringes

I hope someone can help!! ..I want my hair like kikikannibal’s lol. If you’ve ever heard of her?…
There are lots of pics on this link… .stickam.com/kikikannibal Alright, no I don’t want to copy it exactly, my hair is way shorter than hers. But I’d like to know how to cut my hair like that(mainly the bangs), and how to get my hair blonde. I have brown hair… last time I tried going blonde it went orange. lol… but im determined to get it to that nice blonde! No hairdresser will do it for me tho:( The main bang/fringe I want is this pic…

a profesional really would be best because cutting your own hair usually only leads to regret and then you wished you didnt do save up and get it profesionally done you can bring a picture of her with you to the salon and ask for that on you, and theyll do there best as for the blonde brown hair has a natural pigment under the brown, which is orange so when you bleach it like one time, it will turn orangy yellow brown hair requires more than one bleaching process to get it to a blonde colour and bleaching damages your hairs health, damaging its strength and shine so thats why its really best to get this all profesionally done
