People who want to cut themself?

I’ve done it a few times, and I can honestly say I didnt do it for attention. at the time I was just going through a lot of negative emotions inside, I felt as if I had no control over what was going on, and that nobody cared… I felt alone. by cutting,I would focus on the cut itself and all the pain I was feeling would be on the cut, and not everything else. as of now, I try not to let things get to me so much but sometimes when I break down I feel the urge to cut but I know better

Before when I was yunger I use to cut I’m 14 now but I use to do it because I got abused and my dad insisted that I needed no theraphy and the pain and discust I felt was too mcu to take, I had troubles whit my mom and I was in charche of a lot in the house, I was like the adult. I found no othr way to cope and I did that, see whe I cuted I felt that everything that I felt was just coming out of the cut. Till know I do relize that It was bad but I was going trough a hart time and I didnt have much sopport. A lot of people do judge but they need to pull back the layers first.

And sometimes I do cut but I had to grow up fast and become the adult of my house by the time I was 8 years old.

they want to cut becase they want to hurt themselves but dont want to kill themselves
