neutral dose look good on most people, but if your just looking to have fun a lot of girls at my work have been puting 2 diff colors on their eyes like green and yellow or even blue and pink side by side.any colors work (the lighter one goes in closest to your nose to keep it from looking too dark)

I’m 13 and I have a pretty good system. All my makeup is basicaly dollar tree stuff, and it works just fine! I take a shimmery gold eyeshadow and mix it with my finger with a creamy white color. The I apply a SUPER THIN layer of light brown eyeliner. I then use my mascara. After that I apply my light pink eyeshadown to my cheeks ( I don’t have any blush and it works just fine) and finally I apply my pink tinted lip balm that i got at claires and put a no sparkle pink lip gloss over it.
