How to cure an insect bite on the face?
An insect bit me while I was sleeping and now it looks like a huge pimple. Actually, this happened 3 weeks ago and it.is.still.here. Any advice on how I could make it go away or something? or maybe something to ease the redness? it’s not bleeding, just swollen
Be patient it will go away with time. Tooth paste will fade the redness.
Also, if you have witch hazel or tea tree it will help too. Dont scratch it.
Get some bug spray and spray it all over your body so you won’t get any.
ice will help reduce the swelling.
Benedril works best to get rid of the swelling. last summer i was riding a moped downhill and a junebug got caught behind my glasses and stung my eyelid it swelled up pretty good from allergic reaction. try that and if it doesn’t work go to the emergency room.
I always keep a tube of 100% aloe vera gel on hand…if you get bitten dab some on, its fragrance free and safe to be put on just about anywhere! It will sooth sun burns, ease itchiness & is a god sent! :P Try it & let me know if it helped!
use ur nails and put an X shape in the middle of it that will make it less puffy, itchy, and red!
