Like I can’t breathe very well. Like someone is pinching my nose. A knot in my throat. It gets really hard to speak.
I feel like I’m going to throw up…like my head is going to explode, and then my face gets all read and hot…and the tears come.
Physically:: Feels like red hot fire behind your eyes. Mentally:: Like life sucks
