Crushing from a distance... Please help

Ok there is this guy that is in my algebra 2 class. He is really good looking. But I’m afraid to go up and talk to him because he seems to be the type of guy who isn’t too friendly. Every time I see him he is always looks angry and not to thrilled to be at school. Also I have still yet seen him talking to anybody! For example in the hallways hes alone, at lunch he sits alone (I don’t have the same lunch period as him), and in my class he talks to no one. I never seen him talk before and even all of my friends who known him from having classes from previous years all say that he doesn’t seem to have friends and hes on his final year of high school (senior). It makes me even more nervus to go up and talk to him. So my questions are how should I talk to this guy who is in my algebra class without being too random? ( I sit no where near him due to assigned seating) Why does this guy seem not to have any friends?

I would go up and talk to him. maybe he is just shy, and he would probably love it for you to go up and talk to him. Just introduce yourself and ask what hes into and stuff

I can totally relate, just talk to him. sit next to him one day. Or after class try walking near him and just talk about the class, or anything.
