If this is in Windows you can script it in as a bat file and then have windows task scheduler run the task at the set time.
How what? How to do it? You just fill in the information required and it’ll send it for you whenever you want. How it works? I’m assuming it’s just some kind of automated program that sends e-mails whenever they’re scheduled to be sent.
They also do this all the time with the spam email you get on your computer, the advertising department calls the a email campaign.
