What cause cramps AFTER your period, it's not PMS?

I am having cramps in my upper abdomen and both sides of abdomen. Usually, I only get cramps right before my period, why am I getting them now? My period ended about 2 weeks ago. These aren’t bad cramps, I have had worse when PMSing…but they are noticeable. Anyone know what could cause this? :(

Alot of things can cause cramps in your abdomen, constipation, diarreah, gas, something you ate, excercise, it could be a number of things. If it feels like it could be bathroom related take a gentile laxitive, you could be backed up and not even realize it. Happens to me and the cramps get pretty bad over time if you dont do anything.

The cramps you describe could be a urinary tract infection, sometimes known as a bladder infection or cystitis. If you have a fever and feel really unwell then it may be a kidney infection, which is alot more serious. Both are easily treated with antibiotics. You could also have PID or pelvic inflammatory disease, caused by an STD. Treatment is simple but the consequenses of an untreated STD can be infertility. you should visit your local doctor just to be safe.

I have had just about all of that stuff, (accept for the STD, and PID) so, I know what they feel like…and this doesn’t feel like that at all…..I am not having any other symptoms, accept the fact that my stomach keeps hurting a bit (not cramps), like the feeling you get when you are really hungry and haven’t ate yet…and you kind of feel a bit nauseous, but there is nothing to throw up since you haven’t ate…lol I feel that, almost constantly, even after I eat…which is not normal. I don’t know if that is considered a “symptom” or anything but it’s just something weird that has been going on along with the cramps…
