Crabby please help
I got my period last month and I have been really crabby ever since, I mean I know it is hormones and stuff but you do you know how I could get under control?
That’s really hard and very individual. Sometimes it can be helped by getting you body under contgrol, do you eat at real breakfast? have orange juice to get you body going? or protein so you aren’t starving?
Food can really make a difference, but it’s so individual you have to kind of figure it out by trial and error. I find fruit and protein in the morning for breakfast, even if you are not a breakfast person really helps.

Everybody is different.I cant control my emotions easily but,I use Midol.It helps with all the symptoms…But,doing happythings and good exercise will help you feel better and refresh yourself…
